These terms govern your use of the MnM Hobby Gaming Club website and table booking service. By using this site or visiting the venue, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
MnM Hobby Gaming Club operates from 1st Floor, Tintwistle Con Club, New Road, Tintwistle, SK13 1JN. Contact: mnmgamingclub@gmail.com.
2. Table Bookings
- Bookings are made via our online booking form and are not confirmed until you click the confirmation link sent to your email address.
- Unconfirmed bookings expire after 30 minutes and the time slot is released.
- Confirmed bookings are subject to availability and club opening hours.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a booking at our discretion.
- Booking is recommended but not required — walk-ins are welcome on a first come, first served basis, but tables cannot be guaranteed without a prior booking.
- You must provide accurate contact details when making a booking.
3. Entry and Payment
- A flat entry fee is charged to use the facility, payable in store on the day. We do not take payment online.
- Current pricing is available at the venue.
- If you are unable to attend a booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We reserve the right to introduce a no-show policy in the future should it become necessary.
4. Opening Hours
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 5:30pm – 10:00pm
- Saturday, Sunday: 11:00am – 11:00pm
- Monday, Tuesday: Closed
Opening hours are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated via our website and social media.
5. Club Rules and Conduct
- All visitors are expected to treat fellow members, staff, and equipment with respect.
- Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behaviour will result in removal from the premises.
- You are responsible for any damage caused to club equipment or property during your visit.
- The club accepts no liability for personal belongings brought onto the premises.
6. Use of This Website
- This site is provided for informational and booking purposes only.
- You must not attempt to abuse, disrupt, or fraudulently use the booking system.
- Submitting false or misleading booking information may result in your bookings being cancelled.
- We reserve the right to block access to the booking system for users who misuse it.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MnM Hobby Gaming Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or attendance at the club.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect when they were last updated. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
