We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance — your data is necessary to fulfil the table booking you have requested.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Booking information is stored in our Google Calendar and Netlify infrastructure. Pending (unconfirmed) bookings expire automatically after 30 minutes. Confirmed bookings are retained in our calendar for operational purposes and reviewed periodically. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services:

• Netlify — website hosting and serverless functions (US-based, EU-US Data Privacy Framework)
• Google Calendar API — storing booking events
• Gmail — sending booking confirmation emails
